This journal can be bought at any time of the year with 12 blank and customisable calendars. Your child can choose any card from their pack, use the same goal & steps for more than a week, use the same goal but change their steps - it’s all up to them!
Tip: When thinking of a reward after they have completed their goal tracker, try to stick to an event/activity - i.e. a picnic in the park, a trip to the arcades, maybe a beach day on the weekend! Steer away from material rewards as much as you can :) Always great when it’s something that the whole family can do!
